Which photo is best?
Choose a bright and sharp photo where the eyes are clearly visible. The person should not be too far away. A normal smartphone photo is usually perfectly sufficient.
If you are unsure, you can still upload the photo. We will check it before engraving and contact you if the quality is not sufficient.

The image will be reviewed before production and assigned to your order.
Can a personalized product be returned?
Custom-made products are generally excluded from returns. In case of an error on our part, you will, of course, receive a replacement.
